Immunity


I'm just rushing to get this information out there, so I don't have as much detail as I'd like, but here's the basics:

A healthy immune system can often (not always, but often) detect an intruder and within 30 minutes be able to send attacker cells to get rid of the intruder. 

  • In order to do this, several systems need to be supported, not just the immune.  
  • Also certain nutrients need to be readily available to the body for use.  Nutrients like amino acids, antioxidants, minerals, omega 3's, enzymes, and vitamins play a huge role in so many processes.  We can't be deficient, or else we compromise a system.
  • Also, at the same time, if the body is under attack, or under stress, various nutrients might rapidly deplete and must be reintroduced.
  • Cellular protection is vital to a cells vulnerability to external oxidative factors or threats. Protecting cells at the very basic cellular level is key.
Let's go over a few key supplements that help the body support itself.
